Career tests are a tool used to best determine the career your personality would be best suited to. A number of free online career tests can be found on the Internet. Free online career tests are definitely not always accurate, and should not be considered the only guide you use when determining your career.

There are a few rules you need to remember when taking free online career tests.

• There is no one test that will give better results than other tests. Tests are designed in such a way that different personalities will get different results.

• Never assume that any career test is accurate. Tests have one great mission and purpose: To give you ideas you hadn't thought of, and suggestions worth following up.

Yet, remember the career you choose should ultimately be something you enjoy, and career tests are not always designed to give you this result.
