References

You will notice the preferred way of writing your resume. Contact details at the top, followed by your work skills, your work history, then your education and any other further training. References are always at the end of your resume. It is common practice to include 2 or 3 referees in your resume.

Remember that in your work history, as you will have noticed in the above example, it is important to state clearly the duties you performed, and what duties you were responsible for. Also, keep in mind to state the title of your position, be it administration or manager.
